I really dont like it that you pay Worker’s Councils who are housing providers a fee. I don’t like the idea of transferable money at all. Why not saying that the workers council in whole gets a compensation that is high enough to cover the maintenance and to buy all the inputs? But I’am not sure, do councils even have a general income? I though the efford points get deleted when you buy something.
