Yes or No? I am just wondering if the answer is no, then how can we introduce advanced foreign techniques and services from foreign capitalist countries (like those private firms in the US?) Maybe the consumers in PE also want to consume KFC or iPad.
I don’t think non-democratic firms could be part of PE as they wouldn’t match the coordination procedures. About advanced techniques, I think there’s plenty of already available knowledge of complex technology that is useful if it’s in fact implemented (with the corresponding efforts). In other words: we wouldn’t have KFC but we can make fried chicken. About Ipads it would take some time to make them as they are but do we really need exact replicas of Ipads?
